Customer Relationship Manager

Having recently completed an investment raise, the business is now fully focused on delivering its solution to the market. To help with this effort, Tensense is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ satisfaction, driving customer retention and growth, and fostering long-term relationships. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional support, and serve as their advocate within the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tensense customers, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Understand customers’ business objectives and challenges, and proactively provide strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and stakeholder reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Support the sales function by organising demonstrations and pilots for potential customers.
  • Onboard new customers, provide product training and assistance during the implementation process, and ensure a smooth adoption of the tool.
  • Gather customer feedback and act as a customer advocate within the organisation, championing their needs, requirements, and priorities.

Person spec:

  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging customer situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.
