Who we are
This website is run by Tensense.ai Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 03988890, registered office 11 Laura Place, Bath BA2 4BL. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its controller.

What we collect and why
Booking a demo
Your name, email address and, if you give it, your organisation. We use them to send your demo link, arrange your debrief and follow up afterwards.
Partner enquiries
Your name, email address, organisation, the kind of practice you run and who you work with. We use them to talk to you about partnering.
Following up the whitepaper
Your name, email address and, if you give it, your organisation, so we can follow up about Tensense.
Emails you send us
Whatever you choose to include, used to reply to you.
We use this information because we have a legitimate interest in responding to, and following up with, people and organisations interested in Tensense.
We may also email you from time to time about Tensense. Every email tells you how to stop them, and you can opt out at any time by emailing info@tensense.ai with the subject “unsubscribe”.
What we don’t collect
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Videos come from Vimeo and load only when you press play, with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting on. Once a video is playing, Vimeo’s own privacy policy applies to the player.
Like any website host, Netlify keeps short-term server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run the site securely.
Who handles it for us
Netlify
Hosts this website and receives what you send through its forms. Based in the United States.
Pipedrive
Our customer relationship management system, where we keep enquiries. Data may be stored in the EU or the United States.
Microsoft 365
Our email provider. Form notifications and our replies pass through it.
Where data is held outside the UK, these providers protect it with safeguards recognised by UK data protection law. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries
Two years after our last contact with you, then deleted.
Customers
For as long as you are a customer, then six years, the usual period for business records.
Form submissions on Netlify
Deleted within 30 days, once they have reached Pipedrive.
If you unsubscribe
Just your email address, so we don’t contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or give you a copy. You can object to how we use it, and you can stop marketing emails at any time. Email info@tensense.ai and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
If you’ve responded to a Tensense survey
This policy covers this website only. If you’ve responded to a Tensense survey, your organisation decides how that data is used, and Tensense processes it on their behalf. Ask your organisation for details.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
