Most leaders, even if they don’t have a ‘business intelligence dashboard’, will use key data and KPIs to help them manage the business, spot opportunities and improve performance. There is an increasing recognition that those dashboards or Excel spreadsheets need to be augmented with other critical data, such as:-
- Is our culture fit for purpose?
- Where are we putting our energy in terms of performance?
- Does our leadership style motivate and support our people?
- Do we have the right team attributes to build high performing teams?
Given the remote nature of our working environment, capturing these vital signals from across the organisation and overlaying them with existing reporting is crucial and produces a much clearer picture for leaders.
